We know that you would love our designs/products. However, we do understand that online purchases are not always as per your expectations, or you simply changed your mind and you just don’t want it! .
You can initiate a return/refund request with us within 7 days after the product has been delivered to you. We would entertain all your claims.Unlike others? We even accept returns for products which falls under the category “SNAE” (Significantly not as expected)along with “SNAD” (Significantly not as described) case’s.
Kindly note that shipping and handling costs for returns and exchanges needs to be borne by buyer. Following are the terms and conditions under which SARAH would accept returns.
Returns & Refunds
• Products should not be worn / used.
• Products damaged by customer won’t be eligible for returns.
• Product should be in re-saleable condition.
• Returns should be sent in a protective box to avoid damage to the product (s) during transit.
• Return shipment should contain the actual product along with any accessories,original price tags, labels and invoice.
• In case you receive wrong or damaged product (s)? We will refund to you the entire amount, including courier charges.
• Returns claim can be initiated within 7 days, after the product gets delivered.
• Returns claim should be raised via email with CLEAR product pictures to determine return eligibility.
• Upon receiving the product at our warehouse, a confirmation email would be sent.
• Refund would be initiated within 2-3 days after a return claim has been confirmed.
• Exchanges are accepted under the same guidelines as per the returns guidelines stated above i.e. Unused, Undamaged and accompanied with all the original packing & accessories (if applicable).
• Exchanges will be accepted and initiated only in cases wherein you wish to opt for a different Color or Size of the same product.
• In case if you desire for other design or product? Please raise a refund request (As per refund policy) and place fresh order for your desired product.
• Any cancellation requests raised after the products have been dispatched will be treated according to our returns policy.
